Permit Requirements: you must be 15 1/2, have completed driver education, be enrolled in driver training. Take to DMV your birth certificate, social security number, $24, application for license (available in DMV's lobby) signed by your parents, and your certificate of completion for driver education, and your certificate of enrollment in driver training. Be ready you will test right there. once you have completed your test it will be corrected and if you missed 8 or less, a permit will be issued in your name.

Now you are set to roll. To schedule your driver training lessons you must have permit in hand. We need the permit number and expiration date.
